TSV Korntal's steel darts department is more than just a darts club: we are a community of passionate darts players who value the fun of the game just as much as sporting ambition.
Whether you're picking up darts for the very first time or bring league experience, there's a place for everyone here. Our goal is to make steel darts better known in Korntal and around Stuttgart and to get people of all ages excited about this fascinating sport. Don't be shy – come and see us!

Our roots
THE STORY OF OUR DEPARTMENT
From an idea among friends to the Bezirksoberliga – our success story.
2019
The founding
A group of six darts enthusiasts founds the steel darts department of TSV Korntal. TSV was the only club in the Stuttgart area that saw the potential. Starting out with just two boards, they begin training with heart and soul at the Rostbraterei. Founding fathers: Jens Zanziger, Valentin Wagner, Björn Hnatek, Adam Vogel, Steffen Heyer, Pavlos Xenodohidis
2019
First league season 2019/2020
TSV Korntal Steeldarts enters its first team in the Kreisliga of the Dart-Liga-Schwaben. After a fantastic run, the team sits top of the Kreisliga in March 2020 – but then COVID-19 gets in the way: the season is cancelled and the results don't count.
2021
Growth and doubling up
Having doubled in size despite the pandemic, the steel darts department sets about converting its room at the Rostbraterei so that more players can train on more boards. With fantastic support from the parent club and great craftsmanship from our member Adam Vogel, we optimised the room and doubled the number of dartboards for training and league matches.
2022
Unlucky
Season 2022/23: after a fantastic season, our league team narrowly loses in the promotion play-offs and misses out on promotion to the steel darts Bezirksliga by a hair's breadth.
2023
Two teams
Season 23/24: with lots of new faces and members, TSV Korntal takes the plunge and enters two teams in league play. We came through our first growing pains successfully – and for good!
2024
Here comes TSV Korntal!
Season 24/25: both teams go all the way and win promotion to the Bezirksliga. On top of that, the first team reaches the round of 16 of the DLS Cup.
2025
Focus
The steel darts department chooses a new path. The first team is declared our performance team and, with #projectoberliga as its north star, gets a clear goal: upwards!
2025
First title!
Season 25/26: the first team storms straight through to the Bezirksoberliga, goes unbeaten in the league, wins the first title in the club's steel darts history and once again reaches the cup round of 16. With great cohesion and a fighting mentality, the second team secures its place in the league and stays in the Bezirksliga.
2026
Status quo: growth.
There's a lot going on – on the sporting side, in becoming more professional and in building further teams: from new branding and jerseys, internal structures, a club championship and our own tournament series to the search for a new venue, we're working on many fronts. Meanwhile, our membership keeps growing: in May 2026 we have 30 darts players at TSV. The goal remains ambitious and clear: to make TSV the go-to darts club in the Stuttgart area and the Ludwigsburg district – all for the crown!
